A Cycle for the soft Gender

So far we mentioned lots of valuable information about anabolic steroids and other stimulant for the male bodybuilders; I was thinking maybe it’s a good time to give the soft gender some share on the site.

I rarely heard of any Arab female using steroids to improve their physique, and of course as far as I know, we don’t have any females bodybuilders, we have a few fitness ladies, but no bodybuilders, so steroids use for females is not very common, which is good to be honest.

Females should not be using steroids in the first place, if you are a female and planning to grow a beard, and get into a death metal band with voice deeper than your boy friend, you may consider the use of steroids, otherwise, you probably better off without steroids.

Remember, most steroids are made by modification of testosterone, yes TESTOSTERONE, it’s the male hormone and it’s what separate us (men) from you (women).
Testosterone unfortunately doesn’t go along much with femininity, why is that? CAUSE ITS A MALE HORMONE, it’s the hormone responsible for men masculinity.

As we know steroids are Anabolic and Androgenic, Androgenic is responsible for sex properties, taking an androgen hormone for both sexes will give more masculinity.

So what will happen if a female take a high androgenic steroids?
Well, let’s say you will be experiencing many undesirable side effects including:

  • Increased body and face hair growth, while maybe reduced scalp hair.
  • Your voice will become deeper.
  • Loss of females curves due to increase muscularity and fat loss.
  • Possibility of increased aggression, anger issues, depressions, mood swings and addiction.
  • Change or cessation of the menstrual cycle.
  • Enlarged clitoris.

Of course these are the distinctive one from men, as they also share the other side effect such acne, liver toxicity, increased heart problems, water retention, insomnia and many others.

How come many females use steroids after all this?
The answer is easy, steroids are very effective in improving the physique, nothing else compare, and we have to mention that most of these side effect comes from androgen steroids, there are some mild very safe anabolic steroids and stimulant female can use, without developing serious side effect or losing femininity.

The no no drugs that come with a mustache and a bye bye femininity effect are:

  • Testosterone and any drug with strong androgenic properties.

Although some females do use some small amount of testosterone and still keeps there femininity, looking all hot and in a good shape. but it’s always better to be Ultra conservative when you are a female, since some side effect are irreversible even after stopping the use, so why you want risk it, when you can get good result using the less risky ones!

I remember long time ago, Trevor smith put such a nice cycle for females on his site, this cycle is very much suitable for females looking to add some lean mass while shedding some fat from the stubborn areas (hips and thighs)

Notes about the cycle:

  • 100mg of Primobolan Depot and 50mg of Winstrol V.
  • 60-80mcg of Clenbuterol per day on a 5 on 2 off schedule.
  • 25mcg of Cytomel divided into 2 12.5mcg doses one upon waking and one 5 hours later on a 5 on 2 off schedule.
  • 5mg of Anavar per day taken as 2 2.5mg tabs...One in morning and one at night.
  • 2i.u. of G.H. taken before bed on a 5 on 2 off schedule.
  • Cardio should be done at least 4-5 times a week, with 45 min duration.
  • Resistance training should be very intense and short.
  • Protein intake should be at least 2-3 grams per kg during the cycle.
  • A good mutli vitamin should be taken along with the cycle.

Finishing this cycle if training, nutrition and cardio are all done correctly you will be leaner, more muscular and there should be no virilization symptoms, you still a woman with all your femininity and sensuality.
