Bio:
Ammar was born 1979, Started competing in bodybuilding in 2002, and from the start he showed his great potentials in this sport, and won several medals in local and International contest, he showed improvement with everytime he hit the stage, year after year, and now he is considered on of the best bodybuilders in the region.
Ammar is married and has two sons and one daughter, he works as a safety engineer in ADCO oil feild, he also own a gym in Abu Dhabi - Shahama, where he trains with his brother when he is not working, his expertise are now being seen in his brothers.
